What items does Adelante accept?
We welcome donations from your home pantry so long as the items have not passed their sell/use by date and the packaging is in good condition. Here’s a suggested list
We also collect clean, empty 12-egg cartons.
If you are shopping for donation items, go to the bottom of the page for suggestions.

We collect empty, clean one dozen egg cartons.
When and where can I drop off donations?
We are at the Hub on the 2nd and 4th Friday mornings from 8:30am-11am. You can just drop by on those days.
Contact us to make arrangements for dropping off food on other days/times.
The Adelante HUB address is 1335 Calle Bouganvilla 91360. We share the campus with Bridges Charter School. Look for the orange and white Food Share trailer.
Contact us for alternate arrangements.
Citrus from your backyard trees is always welcome!
Contact us at adelanteconejofood@gmail.com if you would like to make arrangements for donation drop-offs at a time we are not scheduled to be at the HUB. We will work something out.
If the items you hope to donate are non-food, we can only accept certain items and quantities. Contact us and if it is not something we can accept, we will let you know if there is another non-profit in the Conejo Valley we know that might be interested.
If your school, club, or business would like to organize a collection, go to the donation drives page.
You can also contact us by email (AdelanteConejoFood@gmail.com) for other pick up or delivery options or to organize an activity for your business or club.
Food Donation List:
Suggested non-perishable items - These are items that are sought after by families that we can’t source in sufficient quantity from Food Share. We use your cash contributions to purchase perishables - milk, cheese, chicken, eggs, and corn tortillas - as funds allow. If you would like to donate to our food fund, click here
We partner with Food Forward, a wonderful produce focused organization who provide us with an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables. Much of the food staples come from Food Share of Ventura County but their selection depends on the donations they receive. Families appreciate the variety that your donations provide.
